Third Grade SE Handwriting Traditional to Cursive
The Third Grade SE Handwriting Traditional to Cursive Book is a transitional book. Students will practice a line of cursive letters each lesson, but the rest of the page reviews Traditional printing for lessons 1 to 54. From Lessons 55 to 160, students write in cursive only.
The handwriting book does more than teach handwriting. Our books feature letters and words following the phonics and spelling sequence from the curriculum to provide a kinesthetic enhancement to learning to read and write.
They feature colorful activities with tracing and writing exercises. Students will write letters, words, and sentences. Guidance arrows are provided when letters are introduced. A reference chart is printed on the book's front and back. The laminated back cover includes a letter and number chart on one side and blank lines on the other. Letters can be practiced on the back cover using dry-erase markers.
The traditional style is the most familiar writing style. It features straight lines and circles. The cursive style features connected letters.
The coil binding is at the top of the workbook, making it great for right- and left-handed students!
